Global data & Analytics leader turned Career Strategist and coach

Clevera Group was born from a truth I have lived: building a meaningful career across cultures is not just about technical skills, it is about a mix of technical and soft skills that allow you to find your voice in spaces that weren’t necessarily designed with you in mind. To build a vision for your career and achieve it.

I know what it is like to navigate professional worlds in languages that aren’t your first, to translate not just words but your entire value in rooms where the unspoken rules feel foreign or even unknown to you. I have felt the weight of wondering whether to adapt or stay true to who you are and I have learned that the answer is both, in ways that honor all of you.

For over two decades, I have worked alongside cross-cultural multilingual women around the world at the beginning of their careers trying to find their way, women who are in the midst of career transitions that feel both exciting and overwhelming, women who have an established career and want to step into leadership roles. Women who are brilliant but unseen. Capable but uncertain. Ready for more but unsure of the path. With great potential but facing road blocks.

Together, we create clarity where there’s confusion. We build confidence that’s rooted in your authentic strengths, passion, and goals not in becoming someone you are not. We develop the kind of leadership presence that commands respect while staying true to your cultural identity and values.

This work is deeply personal to me because I have walked similar paths. I understand the isolation of feeling caught between worlds, the exhaustion of constant translation, and the courage it takes to claim space for yourself. I also know the profound fulfillment that comes when your talents, values, and ambitions finally align with opportunities that truly fit.

Wherever you are in the world, whatever transition you are facing, I am here to help you move forward with confidence, clarity, and a deep sense of belonging in the career you are building.

MY Bio

My namer is Dr. Safaa Amer. I am a certified cross-cultural career coach and mentor. I am also a global data and analytics leader, and statistician. I believe that leadership is about creating spaces where people can learn, collaborate, and thrive without losing their identity. I am passionate about empowering women to explore careers at the intersection of data, creativity, and purpose where curiosity and ethics shape the future of technology.

My passion for statistics has been the driver behind my own career. I believe that when we love what we do, we succeed and innovate. My work spans Policy Research, AI strategy, enterprise analytics, and international development research across Fortune 500 companies, government, and global development organizations. I have led major initiatives with the World Bank, United Nations, Millennium Challenge Corporation, U.S. Social Security Administration, and governments across the world helping organizations and decision makers use data and artificial intelligence to solve real-world problems and improve lives.

My career bridges science, technology, and public service. I have built AI and analytics strategies at companies like Meta and Abt Associates and advised global teams on data governance and innovation. My work connects rigorous research with human impact—using data to guide better decisions, from business to social policy. I have traveled the world to inform policies and decisions across disciplines, using statistics to reduce poverty and give a voice to communities who might not otherwise be heard.

I am multi-lingual, love cultural diversity! As an Egyptian-American woman, I consider myself as a global citizen. Throughout my career and travel, I have met brilliant minds and crossed paths with wonderful people who have changed the way I view the world and shaped my vision on ways to give back to society and leave a significant footprint. Empowering professionals to find their calling and ground it with ethics became my mission to make the world a better place today and tomorrow!

I specialize in supporting cross-cultural, multilingual women navigating complex career and life transitions. I understand the unique challenges of building clarity, confidence, and leadership presence across cultures, languages, and professional systems. My approach honors cultural identity while translating strengths into impact, helping globally minded women align their talents, values, and ambitions with opportunities that truly fit, wherever they are in the world.
